Ruff is now in his third season behind the Lightning bench. His first year he led the team to a renaissance after replacing previous coach Dave Lewis. He took the helm of a team that was treading water at .500 at Christmas and led them in a total turnaround to their second consecutive President's Trophy for the top regular season record in the league.

In his first full season behind the bench, he brought the team another division crown, finishing only a point back of the President's Trophy in the regular season. In the playoffs, he led the team to their second Da Sylva Cup, bringing glory once again to Tampa Bay.

What will he do for an encore?
